We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our courses.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility for Refunds<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation by Participant (Before the Course Starts)<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least\u00a0<strong>14 days prior to the course start date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made\u00a0<strong>7\u201313 days prior to the course start date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued for cancellations made\u00a0<strong>less than 7 days before the course starts<\/strong>, but participants may opt to transfer their spot to another individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation by Satu Creative<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If Satu Creative cancels or postpones the course, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non-Refundable Conditions<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-attendance or failure to show up for the course without prior communication.<\/li>\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.<\/li>\n\n<li>For promotional or discounted registrations unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Transfer of Registration<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unable to attend the course, you may transfer your registration to another individual, provided you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the course begins.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refund Process<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a refund:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hello@satucreative.com\">hello@satucreative.com<\/a>\u00a0with your full name, course details, and reason for the refund.<\/li>\n\n<li>Our team will review your request within\u00a0<strong>5 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within\u00a0<strong>10\u201314 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Changes to the Policy<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
