Refund Policy for Courses

At Satu Creative, we are committed to providing impactful and high-quality learning experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our courses.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by Participant (Before the Course Starts):
    • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 14 days prior to the course start date.
    • A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the course start date.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course starts, but participants may opt to transfer their spot to another individual.
  • Cancellation by Satu Creative:
    • If Satu Creative cancels or postpones the course, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Non-attendance or failure to show up for the course without prior communication.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
  • For promotional or discounted registrations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend the course, you may transfer your registration to another individual, provided you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the course begins.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@satucreative.com with your full name, course details, and reason for the refund.
  2. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
5. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or on our website.

Chief Executive Officer

Ahmad Azuar Zainuddin is an educator and entrepreneur focused on driving economic and social impact through entrepreneurship and innovation. With deep experience in capacity building and ecosystem development, he designs and delivers initiatives that empower aspiring and early-stage Malaysian entrepreneurs. Azuar is also a frequent media contributor and a sought-after speaker across the region.

He was recognised as runner-up in the Best Implementation Partner category at the 2022 Shell LiveWIRE Top Ten Innovators Awards in Mexico City. He holds a Master’s in Communications and Media Studies from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Curtin University. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and the arts.
