Farouk Abdul Khalid is a Senior People & Culture Consultant at Satu Creative, advising organisations on talent strategy, organisational development, and culture transformation. With extensive experience in human capital frameworks and leadership development, he supports teams in building resilient, high-performing workplace environments.

Farouk works closely with leadership teams to align people strategy with business goals, strengthening performance systems, engagement practices, and organisational culture. His structured and people-centric approach enables organisations to cultivate sustainable growth and long-term impact.

Hazel Hassan

Chief Ecosystem Officer

Hazel Hassan is a seasoned marketing and strategic communications leader with over 20 years of experience across corporate, consultancy, and regional APAC roles. She has led marketing, public relations, branding, and product positioning strategies across the IT and telecommunications sectors, including key leadership positions at REDtone International (during its IPO), F-Secure APAC, and Avira APAC.

Hazel has also held senior roles in Malaysia’s innovation ecosystem, including Vice President positions at Cradle Fund and MaGIC, as well as strategic communications leadership at MDEC. Well-networked across business and technology circles, she is a trusted voice for media and an experienced coach supporting startups from validation to commercialization.

Azuar Zainuddin

Chief Executive Officer

Ahmad Azuar Zainuddin is an educator and entrepreneur focused on driving economic and social impact through entrepreneurship and innovation. With deep experience in capacity building and ecosystem development, he designs and delivers initiatives that empower aspiring and early-stage Malaysian entrepreneurs. Azuar is also a frequent media contributor and a sought-after speaker across the region.

He was recognised as runner-up in the Best Implementation Partner category at the 2022 Shell LiveWIRE Top Ten Innovators Awards in Mexico City. He holds a Master’s in Communications and Media Studies from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Curtin University. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and the arts.
