Lariss Quna Enterprise, is a Sarawak-based food innovation company dedicated to preserving heritage through modern convenience. On 11 November 2021, the company launched Malaysia’s first Instant Linut, officiated during the Heritage Food Program by the Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak. Made from premium sago flour, Instant Linut is gluten-free, shrimp paste-free, and ready in just two minutes, compared to the traditional 40–90 minutes preparation. Beyond convenience, it empowers local youths, including school dropouts, as custodians of culinary heritage. Available nationwide and online, Lariss Quna champions sustainable entrepreneurship while ensuring Sarawak’s heritage food thrives for future generations.
