Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin (Associate) to join our team. The Admin (Associate) will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Ensure all files are organized and easily accessible.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics, communication, and follow-up.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Financial Administration: Support financial processes by managing invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity. Handle office maintenance and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to various projects and programs, including data entry, research, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic financial and office management procedures.
